The hot summer and summer vacation have arrived. In order to enrich her summer life and improve her skills, Fangfang came to our analysis room once again. Although she is only here for an internship, for us who are busy with work, she is a great help, adding a capable assistant to our team.

I remember when Xiaofang first came to the analysis room, her curiosity was amusing. She was like Grandma Liu visiting the Grand View Garden, curious about everything. It was this spirit of asking questions when she didn't understand that allowed her to quickly integrate into the work and get started with enthusiasm.
Over time, she transformed from a novice who knew nothing to an analyst capable of independently completing chemical analysis processes. Her positive attitude, diligence, humility, and eagerness to learn are exemplary and something we should all strive for. Everyone progresses from novice to expert step by step. This process may be long, but the results are rewarding. Life is like this, and so is work. We should maintain a positive attitude towards everything. When faced with something we don't understand, we should humbly ask for help, avoid arrogance, and remember that life goes on; no one wants to fall behind, and no one wants to be eliminated by time. Only through continuous effort and learning can we forge ahead.
Time flies, and her month-long internship is almost over. We are really reluctant to see her go. In any team, meeting a like-minded colleague is a stroke of luck. Here, she may not have learned much social experience, but she has gained a lot of chemical knowledge she'd never encountered before, and made lovely and friendly colleagues. I believe that while we are reluctant to see her leave, she is also reluctant to leave our group.
We should cherish every person we meet in life. Fate brings us together—meeting, getting to know each other, becoming familiar, and developing deep friendships—we should remember every precious moment. Don't be too concerned with trivial matters, be open-minded, and always maintain a grateful heart towards everyone and everything!
