On May 13, 2023, the ERP & MES project launch conference was held at the Party Member Activity Center. Leaders from both sides and project team members made positive speeches. The Shuqi Intelligent Consulting team explained the key points of project implementation, the goals, priorities, and difficulties of implementation, and released the main implementation plan, allowing project team members to have a comprehensive understanding of the implementation work in each stage.

Mr. Fang Qiang, general manager of Ludong Company, gave a speech on the importance of project implementation and the requirements for the next step of work promotion. He pointed out that in the process of project promotion, all departments, centers, and workshops should humbly accept and obey the opinions and suggestions of consulting teachers and the work promotion team, and complete the work according to the schedule timeline. The leaders in charge and department heads should understand the significance of implementing informationization (ERP) from the perspective of the company's strategy, and the heads of each department should regard the construction of informationization (ERP) as their own work. The project implementation team should make comprehensive plans and steadily promote the project. Following the principle of "reducing costs and increasing efficiency," we should mobilize everyone, be bold in doing things, and dare to take responsibility. Personnel in various business modules should humbly learn, actively adapt, and offer more suggestions. The implementation of informationization (ERP) is a process of continuous adjustment between the software system and the management model. Members of various departments should work closely together and cooperate closely, taking tasks as the orientation to ensure that all tasks proceed in coordination.
