During the cooperation, our company's products provided strong support for Rizhao Steel's smelting production, receiving unanimous praise from the leaders and employees of Rizhao Steel.

Ludong and Risgang grow together

In 2003, the company signed its first contract with Rizhao Iron and Steel, marking the beginning of a long-term and friendly cooperation, and witnessing the rapid development of Ludong and Risgang. During the cooperation, our company's products provided strong support for Risgang's smelting production, and have received unanimous praise from Risgang's leaders and employees.
From Risgang's 60-ton converter, 80-ton converter, and 120-ton converter to Risgang's latest ESP manufacturing department's 300-ton converter, our products and services have left their mark. In Risgang's initial 60-ton converter, the company repeatedly broke Risgang's highest refractory service life record, achieving the best refractory service life in Risgang, and becoming its high-quality cooperative supplier. When Risgang's ESP project was launched, it was the only ultra-short process production line in China, one of the world's most advanced steel production lines, and a leader in the steel industry's development of energy conservation and emission reduction. After the launch of this Risgang project, strict requirements were also put forward for the use of refractories. Through in-depth investigation and communication by Risgang's leaders and refractory expert groups with our company, the company was finally determined to provide feasible and high-quality refractories for the most advanced steelmaking project. The first set of 300-ton converter integrated refractories provided by our company was also affirmed by Risgang's leaders. Subsequently, we cooperated with Risgang to increase the number of bottom-blowing guns from the original 8 to 16, providing further assurance for reducing the carbon-oxygen product in molten steel, and contributing our Ludong strength to further reducing the manufacturing cost in the steel industry.
